• Fair Play:

• All users are expected to play fairly and in the spirit of good sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior towards other players or staff is strictly prohibited.

• Dispute Resolution:

• Reporting Issues: Any disputes or issues regarding gameplay, tournament results, or other users must be reported to our moderation team within 24 hours of the occurrence.
• Moderation Team Decisions: Our moderation team will review all disputes and make determinations based on the evidence provided. All decisions made by the moderation team are final, binding, and not subject to further appeal.

6. Payments and Withdrawals

• Funding Your Account: Users can join paid tournaments by depositing funds into their RivalX Esports wallet using the payment methods provided on the Platform.
• Transaction Finality: All deposits and transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Winnings and Payouts:

• Crediting Winnings: Tournament winnings will be credited to your RivalX Esports wallet upon the conclusion of the tournament and verification of results.
• Withdrawal Requests: You may request to withdraw funds from your RivalX Esports wallet to your bank account, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts, applicable fees, and verification processes.
• Verification: We may require additional information or documentation to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, in compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies.

• Fees and Charges:
